Eligibility:

• Graduates/Post-Graduates in Marketing
• 2 Yrs to 4 Yrs Experience in Sales
• Located in Hyderabad

Salary Package: 3.6 LPA (3,00,000 + Incentives)

It is a WFO(Work From Office) job from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Location: Middle Earth HR, Green Valley Residency, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Responsibilities:

-Contribute to training and development of the team members.

-Preparing sales report.

-Meeting team's target

-Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.

Individual Responsibilities:

-Coordinate various training programs to be conducted at various locations, domestic & international

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and customization

-Handle team of Sales executives and collaborate with team to achieve better result

-Answers team member questions and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance

-Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

-Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

-Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance,
mission-related objectives, and deadlines

-maintain accurate records of leads/prospects, sales, and activities.

-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and handle a team of Sales representatives

-use of mail marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, social media marketing.

- Generating Good leads

- proper follow-ups with the prospects
