Responsibilities: Responsible for overall implementation of L&D Strategies (Technical, Leadership, EHS, ELTP, Soft skills) at Group level for the desired outcomes of all stakeholders. Collaborate with SBU HR for TNI & prepare Training Calendar and Competency to develop employee development intervention. Build & maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders and Business leaders & align L&D services. Drive organizational culture and institutionalization of SEEDIT. Effectively communicate with leadership team, build relationship, negotiate, influence, plants & coordinate. Execute Leadership, Behavioral, Soft skill interventions, Training & coaching across all levels. Measuring of training effectiveness using Kirk Patrick’s model. Assist in the setting up of a center of excellence and Assessment Center / Development Center. Network and connect with key players in the Domain/Industry – globally.
