Develop training curriculum/modules formulating and reviewing training outlines. Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the guidelines specified by the client. Interact with clients for material and curriculum updates and to ensure appropriate changes are included in future classes. Conducting trainings Keeping record of training progress around the year. Re-assessment of unsuccessful candidates for re-locating/ deployment into other processes. Creating modules as per the SLA and business requirements.
