The goal is to promote employee efficiency. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that are a must. Reporting This profile will be reporting to Country Group Head - HR & will be responsible to work closely with her on various organization training needs Role & Responsibilities 1. Liaise with managers/ branch managers and corporate HOD to determine training needs and schedule training sessions 2. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and support relevant training 3. Design effective training programs & prepare training modules in collaboration with the functional Head. 4. Prepare training material such as training manuals, training modules, videos etc. & circulate post training 5. Select and book training venue, maintain training attendance, assessment and other records 6. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. 7. Conduct induction programs for new joinees 8. Support and mentor new employees 9. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement 10. Monitor employee performance and response to training 11. Evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted. 12. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual 13. Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important 14. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers 15. Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings 16. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research. 17. Doing Market research on various training institutes and colleges with effective training programs and recommending Country Group Head HR for Employees Nomination. 18. Coordinating with Regional HR for reward and recognition program 19. Arranging for Plaques and certificates for employees. Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements Graduate/ MBA Job Skills and Competencies for this position 1. Proven experience as corporate trainer 2. Market awareness & understanding of effective training methodologies and tools 3. Market awareness on various training institutes in India & abroad 4. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching 5. Proficient in MS Office (esp. Power point); e-learning software is an asset 6. Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills 7. Organizational and time management abilities 8.
