Impart training on POSH policy to each and every employee of the Organization. Soft Skill Trainings to all staffs. Organize Mock Drill sessions. Preparing Pre & Post Training Questionnaires. Evaluation of Question papers. Preparing Training calendars. Measure the training feedback & effectiveness of the training. Training Need Analysis Maintaining training records in NEST Capturing all around training attendance sheet Issuing training certificates to the staffs who have undergone training. Schedule, Plan & Execute the employee engagement activities for the organization Plan for Birthday celebration for doctors, HOD`s Distribution of Birthday gifts to all the employees Festival celebration Discipline & Conduct of Employees To ensure proper discipline and conduct of the employees in the Organization. To ensure discipline and punctuality in the staff, in regards to the working times, overtimes and leave. In case, any deviation it should be reported to the superior for the same. To assist and when directed, conduct the disciplinary action, the misconduct, default or irregularity of any employees. To Develop Procedures and policies to promote employee stabilization.
