Responsibilities: Design / customize training programs in technical / behavioral areas as per business needs Understanding of business challenges and interpret into training needs Possess knowledge of end-to-end training process- Training need identification to training evaluation Should driving strategic capability development initiatives Able to make an annual / quarterly training plan and execute Handle large batches of trainees as per organizational requirement Help, complete recruitment and onboarding of trainees as per HR procedures Plan induction program for trainees / lateral staff to make them familiar with leadership, business and other functions Plan on the job training and ensure all trainees are effectively trained Work with various internal / external knowledge partners for implementation of training plan Training data management and MIS preparation Working with Head HR as and when required to meet HR / Talent Development needs Soft-skills: Leadership Communication and coordination skills Interpersonal relations Teamwork and leadership Planning and organizing Others: Understanding organization Working in dynamic working condition Working with senior leadership team Ability to handle challenging situation Ability to work in fast growing environment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
