Job Purpose Statement: To be a field coach to train the frontline sales team (Sales Officers / Business Development Executives) of a B2B FMCG Organisation with pan India presence 2. Duties & Responsibilities: a) To Train the frontline sales team on elements of communication, selling skills, personal management, negotiation skills etc., b) To accompany the frontline sales team to various retailers and help them practice and perfect their techniques. c) To identify areas of improvement for these frontline sales team and work on the same. The main duty will be to accompany the frontline sales team on a daily basis (6 days week) and provide them on job training (OJT) on necessary skills for them. 3. Qualification/Competency/Experience: Academic Qualification:* Graduation or equivalent Experience: Min 3-4 Years Exp in an FMCG Organization in field level, preferably exposure to B2B sector Forte: a) Strong communication skills (English and Vernacular) b) Self motivated and ability to work unsupervised. c) High energy level to work in field along with the trainees Technical Skill Set: Good knowledge of FMCG Trade Marketing and Distribution Employment Type: Initially on a 3 month contract and then subsequently full time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
