Roles and Responsibilities

Learning & Development Specialist join the People experience team. You will work with a lot of different stakeholders to fundamentally assist in Innovaccer's success, by organizing and managing learning initiatives for its people. A Day in the Life Support and coordinate all L&D/OD global activities Evaluate individual and organizational development needs Stakeholder management for org.-wide training certifications/sessions, and other ad-hoc programs Ensure all the training programs are delivered at a consistent experience level Establish and measure training effectiveness through data analysis Manage and expand the inhouse LMS through different interventions Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Run training/certification pilots in every department and refine modules based on the feedback you collect Create monthly/quarterly dashboards and reports from the training tracker Track budgets and negotiate contracts Identify new/improvement areas in operational processes and make incremental changes to improve

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university 7+ years of experience in building training programs and defining content for SAAS based technology companies Knowledge of latest learning tools/technologies and educational content available externally Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders and external partners Confident in both written and spoken communication

Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Passionate to learn Self-driven and motivated Consistent disciplined execution and focus Problem Solving and Growth Mindset Ability to collaborate with different teams
