The person will be working with Payroll team as Trainees in India Payroll department assisting them completing pre and post payroll activities including generating ad-doc reports to analyze payroll data, checking and online submission of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity etc. This is a bright opening for anyone who has interest to work in India Payroll domain and join industry. The role reports into the Team Leader and will be Responsible Some of the key the responsibilities include the following: Ensuring adherence to the checklist Maintain and publish periodic dashboard, MIS Reports. Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc. Preparation& checking the documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, Prof. Tax Challans, Income Tax Deductions etc. Statutory payments for Salary Submission Of Profession Tax Challan In Every Month Submission Of Professional Tax Returns. Reconciliation of Payroll, Auditing Maintain Alliances with clients at different levels Candidate Profile Must have 3 months of overall industry experience B.com background would be an added advantage Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in HR or worked for India payroll process Personal Characteristics Should have excellent written and spoken English.
