Key responsibilities:

  • Train on Voice and Accent to the Call Centre agents.
  • Able to conduct Soft Skills training.
  • Conduct Training Need Assessment, identify the gaps and plan the training as per organizational needs.
  • Prepare Annual Training Calendar.
  • Track and report on training outcomes.
  • Maintain employee training records (weekly / monthly) etc.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
