Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent Development Planning and Formulation
  • Propose and develop new employee development and talent management initiatives / programs.
  • Develop long and short-term employee development and talent management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct Training Needs Identification and Training Needs Analysis.
  • Contribute in development, revision, and evaluation of training course content.
  • Conducting and coordinating induction programs at various levels.
  • Create, maintain and handle training MIS for your designated unit/zone.
  • Consultancy and Monitoring
  • Meet with the HODs and team members to identify training needs for training and development solutions.
  • Develop talent development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business needs
  • Provide career guidance to high potential staff
  • Oversee the training conducted by functional trainers and guide them with regards their delivery skills
  • Training Budget
  • Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
  • Monitor compliance to the annual training budget at the unit Reduce or highlight revenue leakage or any pilferage.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Review and continually suggest improvement of the Training modules, ensuring that it remains current and ensures a consistent high quality of training, services and information for learners.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. (Functional training is handled by the function and it members).
  • To monitor the functional training of the outsourced staff/ GDA like HK/ F&B
  • HR operations
  • Post Joining Formalities (conducts the NHIP sessions)
  • Preparing the monthly Training Calendar, MIS submission on the training conducted viz a viz proposed training calendar
  • Support team HR in execution of engagement activities.
  • Strong adherence of cash handling process.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post graduate.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a trainer / Lead trainer.
