Implementing different training sessions as per the analysis for employee growth & development to maximize the work efficiency. Conducting and coordinating new hire Induction sessions . Training Need Identification. Creating & publishing monthly training calendars. Training content creation & soft skills training delivery. Soft skills & other HR related trainings for employees and outsourced staffs. Maintaining L&D documentation and training records like pre-post evaluation & feedback analysis of trainings. Conduct and Analyze Employee satisfaction survey and Employee Rights & Responsibilities survey. Ensure compliance as per NABH standards. Anchoring for employee engagement programs.
