Requirements: Proven work experience as a Training Executive Track record in designing and executing successful training programs Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills Roles & Responsibilities: Accomplish Organization's Training mission by completing related results as needed. Provide "on the ground" support within restaurants on all L&D Programs. Should be able to conduct orientation & training sessions for new recruits. Determine training needs and develop training modules to fill the gap effectively. Should be able to improve performance of staff through training according to company needs.
