Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Receive requests for employment from department managers and heads of sectors and verify the appropriations.
  • Recruits, screens and interviews candidates for job openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)

Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire

  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Prepare annual training plan for company employees
  • Responsible for the execution of the training program.
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Education, Training, HR or related field Education in Information Technology will be preferred.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint tools
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting Work Stress Tolerance
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
  • Able to meet strict deadline
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
