Co-responsible for managing internal Skill Development Center In addition to L&D, the job holder will also participate in various Talent Management and HR Initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Applicants should have done their Graduation in Engineering / HR with additional qualifications in Training & Development. Engineering qualification is preferred. Applicants should possess minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the area of Learning & Development, preferably in manufacturing setups. Applicants should be thorough with both technical as well as non-technical L&D initiatives and possess hands-on experience in leading / coordinating shop-floor skill assessment activities and training programs as well as development programs for supervisory, managerial and leadership personnel. Applicants should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with command over the English and Telugu languages.
