Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and coordinating Learning & Development activities of the company, covering all sections of employees (workforce to leadership).
  • Co-responsible for managing internal Skill Development Center
  • In addition to L&D, the job holder will also participate in various Talent Management and HR Initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Applicants should have done their Graduation in Engineering / HR with additional qualifications in Training & Development. Engineering qualification is preferred.
  • Applicants should possess minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the area of Learning & Development, preferably in manufacturing setups.
  • Applicants should be thorough with both technical as well as non-technical L&D initiatives and possess hands-on experience in leading / coordinating shop-floor skill assessment activities and training programs as well as development programs for supervisory, managerial and leadership personnel.
  • Applicants should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with command over the English and Telugu languages.
  • Should be able to travel frequently to all locations although the job base is Hyderabad.
