Essential Functions

  • Maintenance of the master database
  • Manage and deliver timely and reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, including reports from across all corporate systems
  • To work proactively with colleagues across the team taking the initiative to resolve issues

Administration

  • Booking the venue for programs (external and internal):
  • Arranging training material for trainings:
  • Arranging logistics for the participants and faculty for trainings (if required):
  • Procurement of book, banner, standees, posters, certificates, awards, stationary, etc. through vendor
  • Distribution of certificates
  • Organizing events
  • Travel arrangements like booking of flights, accommodation, airport & local transfer, arrangement of forex, etc.
  • Strong follow up on tasks
  • Taking care of any other Adhoc admin requests
  • Infrastructure Management
  • Daily/Weekly assessment of training rooms/floors:
  • Maintenance of conference rooms, and its equipment
  • Maintenance of library
  • Vendor Management
  • Coordinating with the vendor for one or more information:
  • Vendor empanelment along with closure of NDAs and contracts:
  • Governance of legal, commercial and finance process (end to end):
  • Raising requisitions and getting purchase orders created through commercial:
  • Accruing the cost in respective months:
  • Ensuring that proper payment procedures are followed and payments to the vendor are released on time:
  • Overall governance of rules and regulations within the team

Skills

Technical Skills

  • MS Office suite including Visio
  • Knowledge of LMS and E-learning technologies preferred

  • Good understanding and experience of Administration and MIS Experience working in a fast paced, results oriented, dynamic environment
  • Focus on quality and compliance
