Dikshitha HR Posted June 15, 2022 Share Posted June 15, 2022 Job Name: Manager- Learning and Development Location: Thane Contact Email: hetvi.kotak@tatacapital.com Qualification : MBA or Post Graduate in any discipline Responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning and development programs related to junior management & front line workforce, skill transformation and talent development Roles and Responsibilities: Identify & understand learning needs derived from Learning Needs Analysis data that can be supported through appropriate learning medium digital as well as classroom. Curate relevant digital content ready for consumption and map it to the right competencies & skills Collaborate with business and SMEs to gain insight and translate their subject matter expertise into learning content for digital & classroom consumption Render raw content material received from the SMEs into learning assets for digital consumption (web, mobile) and classroom learning. Communication & Design Roll out employee communication and campaigns as per the communication strategy in order to increase adoption on the platform Engage with HR stakeholders & employees across the organization with the aim of building awareness of the platform features & functionalities. Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation programme to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joinees Tracking L&D related data and generating regular MIS reports as required Create learning journeys for each role / grade group and map completion. Curate and deploy eLearning content specific to the business unit of work. Publish weekly / Monthly as well as quarter wise reporting. Close both TNI and Competency Gap trainings.
