Job description
Apollo Tele Health Services is hiring for Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive position for Hyderabad Location.


Purpose:


Responsible to a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist close to work with Lead Talent Acquisition HR, who will be responsible for hiring across different geographies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, go-getter with impeccable communication skills, and is ready to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. To provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.


Duties and responsibilities


End-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling follow-up, and joining.

Sourcing from job portals, databases, references, and other sources Validating the resumes based on checklists.

Communicating with the candidates with status updates, reference requirement, etc

Maintaining relationships with the candidates to get references and spread networking.

Managing campuses, consultant relationships, and summer trainees

Administering the selection process/procedure effectively in all recruitments, and working toward process improvement

Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Team handling, Stakeholder management.

General Administration:

Monthly MIS reports

Any offer duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time and the points are subject to review periodically, and such change will be intimated to you.


Authorities


Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Led to ensure all assigned activities deliverables for process excellence.


Qualifications / Certifications


Application should have completed a master’s in business administration/MHRM in Human Resources from a Reputed Universities, must possess at least 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.


Working conditions


Should be open to work in general shift and as per the project when required.

Technical / Physical requirements

Job location: Hyderabad


Timings: General shift (9:30 am to 6:00 pm)

• Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)

• Good interpersonal skills

• Influencing, Negotiating skills

• Decision making & Problem-solving skills


Technical skills:


• Advanced excel

• Should have good knowledge on sourcing profiles via various websites

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power point)

• Analytical and report making capability about recruitment updates

• Ability to measure and assess Training needs

• Good judgement at identifying and profiling People


Required Languages:


English, Hindi & Telugu, or any regional language
