This includes design and developing Level 2 and 3 Storyboards in PowerPoint/MS-Word and then final development/publishing in e-learning authoring tools; testing of courses prior to their release. 2)Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs 3)State instructional end goals and create content that matches them 4)Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product 5)Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts 6)Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods 7)Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process 8)Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) 9)Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments 10)Maintain project documentation and course folders Requirements: 1)six years of proven working experience in instructional design 2)Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models 3)BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar 4)Knowledge of eLearning development tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Flash, Trivantis Lectora, etc. 040 3987 9012 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
