This position requires a deep understanding of the Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways business, along with their technical requirements, to effectively source and recruit candidates. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates with relevant technical skills and expertise in Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways. Position Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific technical job requirements and qualifications. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, and industry-specific platforms, to target qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers or subject matter experts. Candidate Evaluation:Assess candidates for cultural fit, technical competence, and alignment with the company's goals and values. Talent Pipeline:Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs within the Power, Renewable Energy, and Railways sectors. Data and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment metrics, and progress reports for management. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in technical or engineering roles. Strong knowledge of the Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways sectors is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
