We are hiring for Top MNC for Instructional Designer

Experience - 6 - 15Years

CTC - 15 - 19LPA

Notice Period - Up to 60Days

Location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune & Kolkata

Shift - Flexible to work on shifts

Ready to work from office.

We are looking for Instructional designers only along with excellent storyboarding experience.

All the candidates should have team handling experience

Skills

Instructional design or related field
Solid experience in developing performance solutions
Solid experience leading team
Knowledge of advanced instructional design techniques and topics, adult learning theory, and web-based development tools
Strong written communication skills - working knowledge of editorial requirements grammar and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
Advanced oral communication skills - ability to facilitate client SMEs and sponsor discussions to set expectations and ensure appropriate involvement
Must be skilled in several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project)
Ability to plan and estimate tasks; knowledge of project management tools including work planning and resource scheduling
Advanced knowledge of issue identification and problem-solving tools
