Experience working on arise, 360, articulate, storyline, LMS, ILT, CBT is mandatory. Location- Bangalore Your future employer: A global insurance & risk consulting firm. Responsibilities: Developing detailed storyboards outlining the flow and structure of training modules. Creating engaging and interactive Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules using tools such as Articulate, Storyline, and others. Designing and developing Web-Based Training (WBT) using platforms like Arise, 360, and other industry-standard tools. Managing end-to-end instructional design projects, including project planning, execution, and evaluation. Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders to gather information and insights for effective content creation. Utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs. Requirements: Graduation in any stream. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in using design and development tools such as Arise, 360, Articulate, Storyline, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in collaborating with external stakeholders and managing client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and interactive learning content. Whats in it for you: 1.
