    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the execution of the people strategy, and ensure consistent implementation.
    • Face of HR that provides generalist advice on challenging HR matters and deliver across requirement of the State.
    • Liaise with clients, employees and leaders on HR activities and ensure the people KPIs are met across various groups.
    • Partner with operators on new contracts and mobilization.
    • Partner with the business to make appropriate people decisions.
    • Partner with business to implement organization and culture change.
    • Educate business on HR trends that affect the business.
    • Assist in implementation of on-going employee development, calibration and succession planning processes.
    • Support business objective through implementation and improvisation of human resource policies and processes.
    • Drive people plan outcomes employee engagement, capability, effective organization structure etc.
    • Manage risk, including oversight of the business in terms of adherence to governance procedures and regulatory compliance (people-related).
    • Ensure effective implementation of grievance redressal framework across sites and State & effectively engage with employee unions and work with site team in order to drive gain for Sodexo and employees.
    • Ensure complete adherence to process and policies of the organization.
    • Manage internal and external stakeholders in line with best professional practices and ethics.
    • Hold Sodexo Values at the highest level by practicing and advocating Sodexo as the best employer to work for.
    • Reconciliations
    • Handling multiple clients
    • Complete documentation, management of HRIS
    • Coordination with Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll, L&D team to ensure error free smooth function.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    Candidates should have minimum 5 years experience as HRBP

    Should have handled blue collar employees preferably and ready to travel extensively

    Should be good in communication and process oriented

    Minimum work experience: 2 - 3 years in Sales Training for Life Insurance product, preferably Direct Channel

    Travel: Approx. 20 % in a month, outside Mumbai, if required. 

    Desired competencies:
    • Implement Learning Architecture/ models in the branch
    •Plan, Schedule, Calendarize Learning Programs in the branch Confirmation of New joiners, within the 1st 3 months 
    • Effective communication skills
    • Facilitation Skills - Conducting classroom / virtual platform programs
    • Strong domain and financial market knowledge
    • Excellent communication skills (Proficiency in English language: Write / Read / Speak) Knowledge of Regional language preferable
