• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

• Attend inspection/ Court Cases & timely closure with proper documentation.
• Compliance audit of Manpower Invoices/ monitoring of contractor compliances.
• Coordination with Site team for operation query resolution.  
•  Information about Labour legislation amendments/ notifications. 
• Legal opinion on Labour legislations.
• Maintenance of statutory records, notices and returns.
• Liaison with various Government Authorities.
• Responsible for 8 states in north.
• Accountable for HR Operations & Medi-claim Process for North region.
• Initiate new HR strategies/ Process's for streamline the North HR Structure.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships/ Analyze the gaps & trends/ metrics with the HR department. End to end HR Support for North region.
