for each position. Preparing and sending Recruitment MIS data for the status of Positions under Recruitment
Preparing Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Probation Assessment Coordination and Confirmation
letters. Arranging Onboarding formalities, joining coordination, Joining Formalities Preparing Joining. Announcement, Induction Schedule and coordinating for the proper Induction for New Joinees
Ensuring Employee Life Cycle management with timely employee services

Driving Performance – Working with field leaders on managing productivity and driving yield agenda in line with the BU Yield PM targets.
