Payroll consists of Digitalization of payroll, Statutory compliances, Projects.,etc Managing Tax investment proof collections and audit.
Strategy for scale & tool changes – Upstream tools, Dispensationtoolsand Downstream tools. Formulating reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages; resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Assisting in designing compensation plans aligned with clients’ objectives & requirements. Executing timely & accurate Payroll, Exit and Reimbursement Process for the client. Addressing & resolving queries relating to the payroll system. Developing & maintaining documentation, pay-slips and controls for all payroll related activities and attaining approvals on consolidated salary advice
Managing internal and external audit on payroll function & Infosec.
