Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end to end recruitment process, onboarding and separation
• Develop, implement and monitor overall HR policies, strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment, manage employee engagement activities
• Manage a performance appraisal system
• Manage attendance, leave, salary/payroll process and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure statutory and legal compliances, including PF, ESIC, etc.

Requirements / Qualification / Experience

• Proven working experience as HR Manager / Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Experience in IT/Engineering domains shall be an added advantage
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems, databases and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills
• Bachelors / PG / MBA degree in HR or related field
• Related experience: 2 to 7 years
