    Requirements:

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Performing various HR functions like Recruitment, Employee Payroll Management, Employee records keeping, Leave Management, Ensure all functions are in line with Policies and handle all functions relating to Personnel management.
    • Possess highly motivated, positive attitude towards life having effective communication skill with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skill.
    • Handling end-to-end recruitment process by exploring all the sources and close the positions within timeline.
    • Exploring all the sources and databank of candidates through Portals, Databank, Social Medias, Contacting and visiting colleges and institutes, Agencies and calling the candidates for initial round of online interview, sending call letter for the interview and coordinate & line them up for the personal rounds technical & final interview till selection.
    • Conducting personal interviews and coordinating with HODs and Directors for further rounds of interviews, documents verification, reference checks, salary negotiations and coordinate in finalizing the candidates.
    • Issue offer letter, Appointment letter, preparing salary structure and get it approved.
    • Induction of the new joinee by making employee familiar with the company. Introduction with the knack members. Briefing company policies, rules and regulations and completing all joining formalities like filling employee master, documents collection, assets issuance, etc. as per details in Induction Training Program.
    • Managing all the activities of new employee, joining and on boarding formalities, in hard copy as well as in HRMS software and ensure that both are always updated.
    • Ensure all the formalities of new joinee gets completed in time like issuing letters, signing documents, issuing assets, etc.
    • Handling Payroll and processing salary by managing attendance of whole Knack group. Checking attendance on half-monthly basis, get online requisitions approved by authorized personnel and processing payroll and ensure all the legal compliances are taken care of, while processing payroll. Further, get checked all the details of payroll by reporting manager and forward it for Payment.

    Preparing Loan, Advances, Leave, Bonus data/ sheets, insurance policies of employees, other benefits, etc.; get it verified and upload in system/ forward for payment. Verify and Issue pay slips on approval of Directors as per the requirement.

    Managing all legal compliances and generating, checking and submitting returns like PF challan, ESIC challan, LWF, ER-I, ER-II, Employment Exchange, Professional Tax, Apprenticeship, any half yearly returns, annual returns, etc. in time

    • Preparing and maintaining all documents relating to all legal compliances applicable to the company Like ID Card, PF Forms, Gratuity Forms, etc of all the employees and ensure that all documents are updated all the time.

    • Preparing and maintaining documents and data of Contract Labor like Agreements, letters, Licenses, Policies, documents, Workmen Compensation etc.

    • Doing employee engagement and organizing event as discussed and approved by the management.

    • Managing full and final settlement process as per defined system by filling the relevant records and issuing letters and ensure smooth exit of an employee.

    • Maintaining reports and records as per the requirement of the management and provide them as and when required.

    • Identify the training needs among workforce and forward the needs to the training department and promote the learning environment in the organization. Coordinate for Induction Training Program of all new joinees to all the Knack Group as defined in the training program.

    • Overviewing and managing all HR functions of factory remotely from Head Office as per defined system

    • Handling HR Functions of all verticals of Knack Group

    • Maintaining and handling Data management of all the employees and generate and provide monthly MIS reports to management as per the requirement.
