    Job Profile: 

    1. Keeping the existing L&D programs and objectives abreast with current business requirement.
    2. Developing employee engagement activities
    3. Conducting L&D needs assessment of medical and non-medical staff working in the hospital.
    4. Responsible to develop and conduct employee engagement activities.
    5. Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc. Plans, organizes, facilitates and order supplies for Training events.
    6. Enhance the quality of Training Dashboards & Analytic
    7. Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience etc.
    8. Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
    9. To receive the list of new joinees eligible for induction and new hire training as per the training calendar
    10. To submit the attendance of trainees undergoing induction and new hire training.
