Responsibilities

Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services.

Designing learning curriculum and programs along with developing learning materials and collateral based on industry design standards
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify training needs and instructional goals/objectives for core programs and offerings
Work with subject matter experts to design course format and packaging to provide seamless and enhanced learner experience
Participate in and contribute to project scoping and planning, setting the standards for the learner experience that will enable learning objectives to be satisfied
Teach and train team members on instructional design principles
Drive and lead projects with the support of team members
Assist with content curation and evaluation to maintain current and relevant course catalog aligned with content management strategy
Assist in developing strategies for integrating learning solutions with digital learning methodologies ensuring a smooth blended approach for learners
Facilitate translation of learning materials into required languages using tools/vendors

• Design simulations, job aids, assessment questions, etc. to support courseware.
• Design storyboards, content maps and audio scripts
• Conduct design and content reviews effectively and in a timely manner.
• Assist with content deployment and testing.
• Create and develop training and documentation design and strategy and standards
• Define content, review, and approval workflow for training documentation.
• Coach and review the work of the other Learning Designers.
• Attend scoping, kick-off meetings with stakeholders to understand the brief.
• Responsible to validate the quality of training content with robust quality assurance processes.

Full job description
Prior eLearning experience will be preferred
Sound knowledge of ID theories and current practices in the learning industry
Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents
Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience
Exposure to developing for different learning mediums would be an advantage
Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content
Job Description:
