    Planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants
    Running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectation
    Designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations
    Managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

    Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
    Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
    Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
    Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity & retention
    Provide HR policy guidance
    Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
    Identify training needs for teams and individuals
    Evaluate training programs
    Suggest new HR strategies

    Requirements

    Proven work experience as an HR business partner
    Excellent people management skills
    Analytical and goal-oriented
    Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
    Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
    Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
    Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
    Proactive nature

    Role & responsibilities

    Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.

    Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
    Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
    Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
    Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
    Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
    Identify and share the risks with the Project Leads/Functional Manager to discuss possible solutions/mitigations/alternatives.
    Coach instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops.
    Provide clear and effective feedback to team with the intent to develop their instructional design skills.
