    Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, and accessibility
    Need a deep understanding of the current priorities and challenges, while working on assigned projects
    Need experience working in a hands-on fashion with learning management systems, preferably Canvas
    Experience in working with SMEs, preferably SMEs from the US
    Experience in creating online courses mobile courses and micro-learning experiences
    Track record of leading instructional projects successfully
    Excellent presentation, writing, and customer service skills.
    Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences is essential
    The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is required, as is problem-solving, juggling multiple priorities, and working within set time frames
    Candidates must be willing and able to participate in the evening calls

    Job description

    We are looking for an exceptional Instructional Designer to join our winning team. This role is central to our business and focuses on the creation of innovative learning solutions, information design and mobile content strategies.

    What are you responsible for
    Design and create high quality customer focused learning materials.
    Create IDD and Style Guides pre -development
    Apply design principles and best practice in the development of scripts and storyboards.
    Utilize rapid development best practice to create instructionally and visually engaging and appropriate eLearning interventions. Must be proficient in Articulate Storyline development.
    Accountable for developing, reviewing and editing existing materials.
    Responsible for ensuring instructional design output is delivered within expecting project timelines.
    Advise upon design and implement learning metrics and analysi s to validate the design approaches taken and recommend improvements.
    Select and use tools and activities (e.g. video, SCORM interactive, forum, poll, quiz, peer review, etc.) appropriate to the learning outcome.
    Maintain effective project communication with Manager, development team, and clients.
    Validate the quality of e -learning content with robust quality assurance processes.
