1)Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and
transfer. This includes design and developing Level 2 and 3 Storyboards in PowerPoint/MS-Word
and then final development/publishing in e-learning authoring tools; testing of courses prior to
their release.
2)Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs

A self-motivated individual desiring to play an integral part in a growing market in Enterprise Information Management, as a member of the Professional Services team, you would be performing below:
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of instructional design and development experience, including the development of self-service, e-learning training in a software or a technical vertical.
Familiarity with financial software and concepts i.e. Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Equity Management, Taxation.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence software and concepts i.e. databases, dashboarding, report building.
Mandatory Skills:
Speak and write fluently in English with proper command of English grammar and technical writing.
Understand and translate technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Generate mp3 using Speechelo.
Record video demonstration in product environment based on approved script.
Use Camtasia video editing software to:
Ensure audio and video files are synchronized.
Apply post-recording video edits (i.e. highlighting, zooming, etc.)
