In the markets we serve, the number of pupils attending school is soaring, but the quality of most schools, according to international experts, is low
Writers join our Instructional Design department to invest time in producing quality learning materials to improve thousands of children s daily academic experience
As an Instructional Design Associate, you will create teacher guides (daily lesson plans delivered by e-reader), textbooks, and other materials as a means to improve learning gains among pupils
You will also create innovative resources for learning outside the classroom, in the form of radio programs, digital storybooks, activity packs, and downloadable learning guides

Job description

• Storyboarding -

Translate the raw video footage into an accessible and engaging series of videos that enhance the student s learning
Translate narrative scripts into engaging and comprehensive storyboard that hold the student s attention

• Visualization -

Use visual medium to convey ideas and enhance learning - creating visual representations of concepts, ensuring visual consistency and harmony in the videos, and giving due attention to learner engagement in this world of rapidly-shortening attention spans
Video reviews - Check the quality of videos received from the video editors

• Co-ordination with Production team -

Interacting with teammates the extended team (video editing partners) to create a top-quality product
Demonstrate Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written.

• Learning Management System -

Manage content and develop assets on Learning Management System
Develop Summary Deck (based on the video content)
Review and Edit Closed Caption text for all the videos.

• Understand client inputs for their e-learning requirements
• Strong creative and ability to create learning objectives and course outlines
• Develop a storyboard and/or script
• Design and develop interactive courseware for customer training
• Ensure integrity of task analyses, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans
• All instructional design processes and projects
• Lead all phases of instruction development
• Excellent written and oral skills in English
• Self-motivated
• Capability to understand various technical and non-technical topics
