    Job Description :

    • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, etc.
    • Hands on experience in volume hiring. BPO Hiring / Sales Hiring experience will be an added advantage.
    • Should have excellent working knowledge and experience in volume / Mid-level Hiring.
    • Must meet all recruitment timelines successfully, as assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
    • Generate references and maintain good networking with existing talent pool and constantly work on generating new leads.
    • Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
    • Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
    • Coordinating interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
    • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Overall in-charge for payroll and compensation related activities, statutory compliance EPF, ESIC, PT
    • Leave and attendance maintenance
    • Maintain the employees database soft and hard copy
    • Joining formalities, prepare ID card process
    • Maintain the employees certificates
    • Experience Lobour & compliance
    • Prepare full and final settlement for resigning employees
    • Formatting attendance data. Calculation and management of leaves. Updating of leave availed by employees, follow up with employees for regularizing their attendance.
    • Collecting Attendance file from all locations, Verifying & convert it as per payroll Requirement.
    • CTC preparation as per compensation & benefits policy.
    • Payroll processing and generating of salary slips of employees .
    • Preparing full & final settlement.
    • Registration of new employees in PF /ESIC portal to generate UAN & IP numbers
    • Generation of Monthly PF/ ESIC /PT & LWF on portal.
    • Generation of Medical card & E Pehechan card for the employees under ESIC.
    • Updating KYC of old & new employees on portal.
    • Updating exit dates in PF & ESIC portal.
    • Registration of establishment on LWF portal & generation of LWF challan, coordinating with the site for MLWF payment during the month of June & December.
    • Uploading monthly International worker return.
    • Processing full and final settlement (including notice period recovery and reimbursement) of resigned employees.
    • Resolve queries from clients related to statutory audit.
