    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify training and development needs within an organization. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
    • Provides analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations, and action planning based on employee surveys.
    • Manage the delivery of training and development programs.
    • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
    • Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
    • Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, executives and senior managers.
    • Manage all learning & development as well as talent management responsibilities as the L&D and Talent SPOC.
    • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • 7 - 10 years experience into Learning and Development, Training , employee engagement , talent management. upskilling resources.
    • Good Communication skills and stakeholder management (C-Suite Management) skills.
