- Helping to achieve compliance under various labour laws like Shops & establishments act, contract labour act, Professional Tax act, Bonus act, Labour welfare fund act, PF, ESI, etc. by working on tasks assigned by the manager.
- Assisting in providing documents & details to the Labour officers for various labour requirements to ensure compliance under various labour acts and any audit thereof. Also may have to visit labour office for correspondence, returns filing as per requirement.

- Processing all forms related to PF, ESIC, etc. like Form 2, Form 11, Form F, Form 9.
- .Completion of statutory joining kits & submission to HR team for filing within TAT.
- ESIC TIC issuance for employees & coordinating for Pehechan card camps.
- Processing end to end PF withdrawals, transfers & advances for the respective location.
- Administer Query resolution related to compliance, payroll, PF, ESIC and full and final settlements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of statutory compliance
- Well versed with S&E Act, Gratuity, PF, ESI, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, Professional Tax Act, Bonus Act, Labor welfare Act, etc.
