Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the manpower requirement of the clients.
• Sourcing of CVS from various channels like own database, portals, and social media.
• Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CVs, Updating / maintaining Internal Database.
• Analyze requirements according to the specification mentioned by the clients.
• Procuring and screening resume for the current hiring needs of the various requirements.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the organization's requirements.
• Evaluating the candidate's skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
• Organizing interviews for candidates.
