Job Description:

• Individual contributor role with 8 14 years of experience in independently managing HR in progressive manufacturing and R & D environments. Should have directly managed senior stakeholders within the business and held responsibility for overall HR functions like performance management, engagement and employee relations.
• He/ She will play lead role in conceptualizing and implementing key strategic HR initiatives focusing on implementation and continuous improvement of programs to

Experience:

• Should have 9+ years of experience in Plant HR role (Pharma /manufacturing / R&D unit)
