    Job Description:

    • STRATEGIC HR LEADER as Group Chief People Officer who can systematically build HR organization that creates a culture of performance, growth and high degree of professionalism, enabling the company to achieve Rs. 7,000 cr revenue in the next 3-4 yrs.
    • The incumbent will target to enrich people’s lives AND strengthen business performance while driving the Transformation and Growth agenda of the Leadership Team.
    • Four Business Verticals | 15 K employees | 11 operating locations/plants AND A state-of-The-Art Engineering & Product Dev. Centre.
    • The Chief People Officer will be responsible to drive culture and growth agenda while redesigning/refining, implementing and streamlining benchmark people practices across its business units spread across the country & abroad with the transformation and professionalization process having being stepped up, we are looking for someone who does not get affected with the past or even current status and has a mindset, courage and resilience of a change agent.
    • Sustained change driven experience, yet stable career of around 20 yrs, max 25 years of which at least 3 yrs as Chief People Officer in a fast growing progressive organization is needed.
    • The role reports to the Group CEO.
