    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high quality training (Online/offline) that follows company methodology for Business Application Support, Business Policy, Credit Process, Technology, Operations etc.
    • Preparation of Training content such as presentations, Training Videos, Product / App Demos, Hands-on Assessments ( PPT, Video, Word documents )
    • Regularly coordinate with stake holders regarding all training activities and process improvisations.
    • Develop Training strategies to meet employee learning needs.
    • Collaborate with operation, credit, sales, and technology team to design and develop program content as required.
    • Provide regular feedback to the respective stakeholder with regards to feedback by participants, training content and the need for local customization.
    • Design and regularly update training programs and course material, such as handouts, PPTs, question paper and assignments
    • Preparing and maintaining MIS, Dashboards.
    • Create and manage a repository of all the training delivered including attendance, feedback forms etc.
    • Create learning reports & publish reports at the end of program delivery.
    • Review program feedback and determine opportunities for improvements.

    Required Skills:

    • Planning and organizing skills - Can engage resources (people, content, material, support) to get things done

    • Demonstrate the ability to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and analyzing data and/or situation/s

    • Energetic and go getter with Positive Attitude.

    • Willing to travel extensively to deliver the training.

    • Must possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with complex situations.

    Education and experience:

    • Any Graduate / Post graduate with good academic background.

    • Minimum 3- 8 years experience in functional domain knowledge

    Role Summary
    A Business Partner role stretches across the gamut of HR activities touching an employee's life-cycle at various stages in a Business Unit. This involves talent management, Reward and Recognition, Performance Management & payroll etc. Apart from this incumbent would need to have analytical bent of mind as he/she would be responsible for internal HRMS, employee data and its analysis.

    Key responsibilities

    • Partnering with business heads to provide advisory services, support and delivery in key aspects of HR
    • Be the HR subject matter expert & align HR best practices to business needs
    • Collaborate with business team to ensure compliance and traction across various employee life-cycle processes
    • Plan and execute Engagement activities across the unit
    • Interact with functions to resolve process breakdown issues
    • Manage employee conflict, issues and grievances and act as an employee facilitator
    • Build the HR brand in the unit and external forums through participation in conclaves, seminars etc.
    • Custodian of HR process - identify process/policy gaps and work on addressing them
    • Work on various HR domains to drive a disciplined deployment, change management, best practices sharing and collaboration
    • Work closely with HR Leadership on talent development and other projects.
    • Facilitating automation, process implementation & process improvement.
    • Communicate findings to HR Leadership team via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
    • Responsible for conducting regular meetings with the operations team to ensure that the team co-ordinates effectively, problems are identified and timely action is taken to avoid service failures or last-minute resolution
    • Provide payroll inputs to payroll team including leave and attendance reconciliation

    Skills & Experience

    • Qualifications: MBA in HR from a premier institute
    • Minimum 7+ years' experience overall in HR domain
    • Proficient in MS Excel ; Excellent in number crunching.
    • Prior knowledge of Workday is desirable
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgement
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Process driven with proven ability to document processes
