    Working Days: 5 days working. Saturday & Sunday will be a fix off

    Recruitment.

    • Source and find candidates qualified for internal open positions
    • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast for the Center
    • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
    • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
    • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process

    Core HR:

    • Developing the HR agenda for the Center
    • Administering HR strategies, policies, and practices that are in line with corporate office.
    • Improving and monitoring employee productivity at the Center while encouraging employees to be brand ambassadors.
    • Liase with the corporate team for compensation and benefit, leave, attendance, payroll, attrition, exits, onboarding issues of team members.
    • Managing staff wellness initiatives at the Center
    • Improving relations between staff and employers by serving as an employee engagement SPOC.
    • Managing and allocating HR funds.
    • Engaging with heads of department

    HR Business Partner Requirements:
