- Partnering with business heads to provide advisory services, support and delivery in key aspects of HR

- Responsible for conducting regular meetings with the operations team to ensure that the team co-ordinates effectively, problems are identified and timely action is taken to avoid service failures or last-minute resolution
- Provide payroll inputs to payroll team including leave and attendance reconciliation
- Qualifications: MBA in HR from a premier institute
- Minimum 7+ years' experience overall in HR domain
- Proficient in MS Excel ; Excellent in number crunching.
- Prior knowledge of Workday is desirable
