    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate for timely issuance of confirmation letters and other HR letters
    • Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
    • Processing of F&F of all exited employee and issue relieving letter / service certificates.
    • Coordinate with the Vendor on Statutory Compliance
    • Coordinate activities related to roll out of compensation and benefits strategy for the Company
    • Timely payroll processing
    • Ensure timely renewal of ID card
    • Coordinating for monthly addition & deletion under medical insurance
