    Requirements:

    We need trainer on the following expertise with appropriate certification/license.

    1. Spoken English (Tofel, ielts or pet)
    2. Experience in BPO training 
    3. Behavioral Training and Neuro-linguistic programming (Optional)

    Other Requirements:

    1. Physical Trainings
    2. Time: 2-6 Hours / day (Minimum 2 Hours, Maximum as per trainer's proposal)
    3. Trainer’s own content (Assessment, Presentation etc.)
    4. Training documentation (Periodic report submission and performance improvement documentation by Tutor)
    5. Training plan (I.e. Methodology, Batch size, Duration)
