    • Should have good understanding and hands-on experience in Complete Employee Life Cycle management (from Onboarding to Separation)
    • HRIS management and leave & attendance management
    • Should be proactive to contribute and manage employee engagement activities.
    • Taking initiatives to have employees connect and maintain cordial relations with all the staff.
    • Able to prepare reports as and when requested by the Head HR.
    • Managing Employee database and handling employee relations
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power point and HRIS systems)
    • Ensure that HR processes, records, systems, and communication are efficient and effective, including all required information with necessary approvals

    Responsibilities:

    • Hands on experience on Attendance and LMS Management
    • Maintaining accurate records of sick/maternity/Casual leave. 
    • Preparation of Appointment letter & salary annexure for new employees. 
    • Upload the salary inputs in to the 24/7 HRMS application. 
    • Generating Pay slips through the 24/7 HRMS application 
    • Compiling monthly HR reports related to Head Count, Vacancy Status, Recruitment Status, Confirmations, Separations 
    • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on Employee Attrition, Joining and Attendance.  
    • Ensuring regular update of all employees personal files with necessary documentation 
    • Preparing ad-hoc reports for HR department as per Top Managements requirement. 
    • Tracking the Employee probation and communicate with the reporting manager to get the confirmation of the employment and communicate the same with the employee through email. 
    • To process the annual appraisals, receive and verify the forms from the all-department heads and share the consolidated outcome in excel format to the HR manager 
    • Processing and executing all relieving formalities upon separation to issue the resignation acceptance letter and arranging the Exit interview with the HR Manager. 
    • Organizing relieving documentation and checking for dues, if any. 
    • Deactivation of employee access to corporate network, company emails and other systems. 
    • Issuing of Service Certificate and Experience Letter to the employee. 
    • Monthly analysis of the employee attrition and preparing the necessary MIS. 
    • Handling PF Related queries (Withdrawal, transfer, UAN Portal Issue) 
    • Provide the employee information and supporting documents to the vendor to generate the ESIC Numbers. 
    • ESIC Queries (Issuing the E- PECHAN card, maternity forms etc.). 
    • Immediate joiner preferred.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Sourcing the profiles through job portals, social networking sites and references.
    • To maintain active database of the resume
    • Track the Talent Acquisition activity.
    • Coordination of interviews lined up with Corporate Office & Units of Kinara Group of Hotels time to time.
    • To handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation, Employee Confirmation on WhatsApp group
    • Handling Leave Management
    • Handling Attendance Management of the unit and payroll
    • Monitoring Employees grooming and Hygiene
    • ESI/PF portal enrolment regularly
    • Employee Engagement, Town Hall Meeting, Birthday Celebration and Grievance handling.
    • Coordinate L&D Activities for the corporate office in line with the training planned as and when required.
    • Coordinate with regions and Corporate on the PMS front to follow up on the Objectives and end year appraisal forms and collate data of the same

    Experience in Recruitment cycle

    • Sourcing manpower from various sources with minimal guidance.
    • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & PPT) would be an added advantage. Should be tech savvy and able to work on varied software of the company from time to time.
    • Good exposure to statutory like PF, ESIC and Gratuity and other time office functions would be a plus.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    Graduate with minimum of 1 year of experience in HR preferably in Hotel Industry, with Good communication and Written skills.
