    Job description:

    • Implementing effective training courses for new & existing employees
    • Batch training for the new employees in the contact center
    • Conduct refresher sessions for the sales & service calling team
    • Identify learning needs within assigned business units
    • Work with Head of departments to determine training needs
    • Conduct seminars, workshops & individual training sessions
    • Develop content for the training as per the need & latest trend of the market
    • Participate in the quality audits, prepare & review the monitoring reports
    • Feedback sessions on audits for the contact center agents for the performance improvement
    • Sharing process gaps for the process improvement and standardization
    • Attend meetings with the various departments on the assigned tasks
    • Assist in employee engagement activities
    • Be a part of call calibration sessions to reduce the variance

    Required Candidate profile:-

    • Good Communication skill
    • Proficiency in defect analysis and excel skills
    • Minimum Graduate
