    Job Objective:

    • Trainers facilitate and deliver training in classrooms, including new hire and on-going training.
    • Trainers report to Training Managers, and work with Operations to ensure policy/ process/ messaging consistency.
    • Should be strong in Behavioral Training/ Soft skill training. Should be involved in training delivery, training content creation.
    • Analyze training needs of the team and develop appropriate training material and modules.
    • Develop and deliver training modules to the standards.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc. and make changes as needed to improve future results.
    • Should be able to define metrics to measure success criteria of trainings.
    • Maintain excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Interact with respective departments in scheduling training programs.

    Required skills:

    • Excellent Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Training Management, Technical Zeal, Self-Development, Self-Confidence.
    • Should be delivering training in the Domestic Voice Process
