    Roles and Requirements

    The Business Partner Solutions team in Bangalore is responsible for providing operational support to global Business Partner teams across the talent cycle. They are also responsible for data/ system maintenance and reporting/ analytics support.

    Role Overview & Responsibility :

    • Manage the day- to- day operations of the team, handle escalations and partner with functional teams cross- divisionally
    • Ensure seamless service delivery through advance planning, work allocation and resource deployment; Liaise with the global BPS team to expedite problem resolution for more complex issues
    • To build capability/ capacity through cross training and upskilling to deliver performance of the team
    • Focus on managing relationships of clients across multiple regions
    • Create/ strengthen constructive relationships with key divisional and process stakeholders through engagement, execution, process improvement or new service offerings
    • Provide standard and ad hoc productivity metrics to divisional and regional management
    • Have a deep understanding of the global team s core responsibilities as well as the local team s core areas of focus
    • Proactively identify ways to improve processes through project management to achieve overall efficiency and effectiveness

    Requirements:

    We are a fast-paced IT services company catering to Fortune 100 and other multi national organizations. We are currently looking to hire a dynamic HR Executive with 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience in employee engagement and other HR activities will be a a major advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with multiple teams to identify staffing needs and prepare related job description documents
    • Determine selection criteria for hiring
    • Source potential candidates through various channels including networking, online portals, contacts etc.
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details. Conduct first level assessment via calls
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
    • Manage HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
    • Issue employment contracts and verify completion
    • Issue new employees with enrolment documents

    Responsibilities:

    • The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key deliverables:
    • Own & operationalize Career Development Centre for Reliance General Insurance which focuses on talent assessment, development & growth
    • Design scalable career development mechanisms, policies, and processes to attract, develop and retain best in class talent
    • Drive talent review, succession planning and create critical role bench strength
    • Design and execute assessment and development centers to assess and develop leadership talent
    • Establish framework on top talent retention, career path, career mobility, talent fungibility and development, career counselling, coaching & mentoring; Collaborate effectively with business and HR leadership to operationalize and sustain these frameworks
    • Partner with L&D to develop high potential talent and enhance manager capabilities to drive & sustain high performance culture

    Qualification

    • Full time Masters in Business Administration or equivalent degree (preferably in HR)
    • 8+ years of experience in talent management, organization development with compensation background would be an added advantage

    Skill and Experience

    • Experience in driving organization level talent initiatives in scaled up and fast-growing organizations
    • Strong consultative skills with ability to influence senior business leaders
    • Strong analytical and program management skills
    • A systems thinker who continuously works towards enhancing the talent agenda of the organization

    Note: Need to travel to office daily
