    • Designing the campus recruitment strategy and identifying opportunities for strategic tie-ups/initiatives with various institutes in India and other countries to create talent pipeline.
    • Engage with Stakeholders/Hiring Managers on a regular basis, share feedback and inputs which would assist in hiring the right talent basis available talent pool.
    • Gathering comprehensive Market Intelligence of Cardiovascular Medical Devices and Pharma (Cardio) industry & engage with prospective candidates to create a ready talent pool.
    • Lead and guide the TA team to facilitate timely closure of requirements & mentor them for their professional growth.
    • Lead and drive New Employee On-boarding and Induction to enhance employee.
